On Sunday, August 27th, 2017, women of Olympia and the surrounding areas will come together again for A Gathering of Goddesses.
This gathering of like-minded women is presented by Heather Maxfield of Intuitive Mender, LLC Reiki Master and Victoria Cunningham, co-founder of the Circle of Friends meditation group. Our time together will include meditation, instruction and inspiration to promote self-care, self-help and self-confidence.
Valerie Olney, LMP, BCST (Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy), will teach a session on AromaAcupoint, (which pairs essential oils with acupuncture). Kate Tallet, yoga instructor, will introduce Buti Yoga. Local musician Terry Holder will perform. We are honored to announce Laura Lavigne from Anacortes, will be our afternoon speaker. Laura is a TEDx speaker, founder of the Happiness Sprinkling Project. At end of day Madonna Simons will introduce sacred salt bowl ceremony, we will participate in this ceremony together. Also local craftswomen will have booths offering their wares, and the Arepa food truck will be available during the lunch hour.
Empowering women with these skills will enable them to live their best lives, and in return, empower our mothers, daughters, and granddaughters to do likewise.
